About the game

In the story, The New Kid, you are the shy new student at Brightwood International School, or Brightwood College. On Monday you freeze when the teacher asks your name. By Friday you introduce yourself to the whole class.

You don't tap answers, you say them. Every school day trains one speaking skill, and your words change the story. Make friends with Max, Omar, Aiko and Mina, save Café Hana, and host the town's Open Mic Night.

  • On iPhone, play in Safari with Siri turned on. Speaking does not work from a Home Screen shortcut.
  • Firefox has no speech recognition yet, so it switches to typing.
